COST TO ATTEND:
FULL CONFERENCE:
Early Registration: $65 - (ends at 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2026)
Late Registration: $75 - (online or at the door)

INDIVIDUAL SERVICE/SERVICES:
Thursday Night only:  $20
Friday Day only:  $20
Friday Night only:  $25 (meal included)
​Saturday Day only:  $20

NOTE:
  • A transaction fee will be added to the price for all online payments
  • Full registration & Friday night includes a meal
  • Please make note of the refund policy below
  • If you are attending to multiple sessions, but not the entire conference, there are combo options available when you go to pay


GROUP REGISTRATION:
Churches can register and pay with one payment.  If you are paying with a church check, you can either send it in by mail or bring it with you to the conference. If you want to pay by credit card, please contact us at: [email protected]. 

Each person attending must fill out a registration form by clicking on the link above.  On the payment button, they will need to choose "GROUP REGISTRATION". 

The group leader will also need to email a list of the people in their group to:  [email protected].  This will need to be emailed by noon on Thursday, February 5, 2026.

If you are paying for someone else, the registration form must have THEIR name address and phone number.

  • All requests must be submitted by the deadline shown below. 
  • NOTE: administrative/transaction fees will be reserved from each refund.
  • Request MUST be submitted in writing from this website by filling out the form below.
  • The deadline to request a refund is:   7:30 pm - Thursday, February 12, 2026
