Annette Elms resides in Amarillo, TX, but was raised in Indiana.
She and her husband, evangelist Royce Elms, served as a ministry team for 48 years until the Lord called him home. Since the passing of her husband, Annette Elms has continued to minister to others. She ministered at Texas Singles Conference in 2012 and 2013 and was a tremendous blessing.
