Alicia Navarro was born and raised in Laredo, Texas. She was married to Rev. Armando Navarro Sr. for 48 years until God called him home. They were blessed with 2 sons, 1 daughter, 13 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. In 1990, the Navarros moved to Lufkin, Texas where they planted the church Iglesia Rosa de Saron UPCI. They pastored there for 23 years.
After her husband went to meet the Lord, Alicia began helping their assistant pastor, Pastor Alex Mendoza, plant a second church in Lufkin: Iglesia Sobre la Roca UPCI. This is the church she currently attends. God put a great burden in her heart for the Spanish Singles she is excited to announce that they will be having their third conference in August 2022.
